Wataru Watari (渡 航 Watari Wataru) is a Japanese author and creator of the Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Comedy wa Machigatteiru light novel series. His other works include Ayakashigatari(あやかしがたり) in 2009, and Yahari Ore no Seishun Rabukome wa Machigatteiru - Mougenroku(やはり俺の青春ラブコメはまちがっているもうげんろく), illustrated by Kazuki Rechi, in 2012. The genres he writes include comedy, romance, school life, seinen and drama.
