The Summer Camp Arc, also known as Chiba Village, Chiba Mura, Rumi's Arc, or some combination of the 4. It happens in Volume 4, and Episodes 7 - 8 of Season 1. Students from Sobu High School volunteer as camp councilors for a local elementary school. They encounter Rumi Tsurumi, a reserved girls who seems to be left behind by her friend group. The Service Club, with the help of Hayama and others, attempt to fix Tsurumi's situation by bringing her group closer to her.
